Progress not Perfection
As 2021 comes to a close, I have multiple websites in development that have slowed to a crawl. The common reason is because clients often have missing text or images about their business that I am waiting for. This is due to the notion that everything on the website needs to be “perfect” prior to launching.
Ironically, frequently updating and revising your website after it has launched is excellent for your SEO and something that Google encourages. Websites are not books; they are organic in nature. So even if your headshot needs “updating” or you are going to be adding new products “soon” progress can still continue. As 2022 nears, I encourage everyone to take steps, even small ones and to continue to move forward.
